Kidnapped
by the State of Oregon
In 2002, 5,697
children were taken into state custody, including Katelyn and Sondra
Hart-Edwards and hundreds of other kids, taken from
good, loving homes. This same year, DHS claims it did have enough
“resources” from its half a billion dollar budget to protect the two
children who desperately were crying out for help: Ashley Pond and Miranda
Gaddis. Why? There is no federal bounty money for children who are being
raped or abused by a non-custodial, ie, a neighbor, stranger—Ward Weaver, etc.
Instead, good moms
like Leshia Hart have their children shamelessly stolen by state workers, and
then, after their hearts are broken and they are distraught, they are sent for a
“psych eval” by a psychologist who works with the state, using our tax
dollars, to destroy a parent’s character.
Now the state has sought custody of Leshia's sixteen year old daughter, whom Leshia was trying to protect from her own self-destructive behavior. Now the daughter is being seduced and corrupted by Oregon DHS, who is promising her an apartment of her own--in exchange for turning against her own mom, who has already lost her other two little ones.
Luckily, Multnomah
County Court Referee Linda Hughes denied DHS' petition on the sixteen year old's
baby, Leshia's grandson. Tthe daughter became pregnant while in foster care,
then ran away back to her mother, where she had been living until December 2004.
During the December custody hearing
on her teenage daughter, Leshia was very vocal about what the state is doing to
children. No one tried to silence her when she exclaimed "This is
kidnapping. My children are not pieces of meat..."
This can happen to
anyone. It can happen to you if you have children and you live in Oregon.
Please help bring
the children home.
